Cancellation Policy
Life happens— I totally understand! I require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. I allow a 10-minute grace period—after that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a 50% fee may apply. Thank you for respecting my time and helping me stay on schedule for all clients.
